Refund policy

At Karlaa Flames, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a Refund & Replacement Policy subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Conditions

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to request a refund or replacement.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package from all sides
  • Shipping label details
  • The product being taken out of the box

Videos of tampered packages (box already opened, tape cut, or seal broken) will not be accepted.

Request Timeframe

The customer must inform us about the issue within 3 hours of receiving the delivery via Email or WhatsApp.

  • If the customer is unable to share the unboxing video within the first 3 hours, they must still inform us about the case within this 3-hour window.
  • In such cases, the unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests where the customer fails to inform us within 3 hours of delivery will not be considered, even if the video is shared later.

Product Condition

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All items and accessories received with the lighter must be returned.
  • If the product shows signs of usage, it will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Print Lighters Disclaimer

  • Print lighters are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Due to courier restrictions on flammable materials (fuel/butane gas), customers must fill the lighter on their own.

Return Shipping Process

Shipping Method

Customers must ship the product back only via India Post for both refund and replacement requests.

Packing Video (Mandatory)

Before shipping the product back, customers must record a clear packing video showing:

  • The product condition
  • Proper packaging
  • The parcel being sealed

This video must be shared with us before dispatch.

Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it thoroughly. After successful inspection, the refund or replacement will be initiated.

Delivery & Shipping Charges

1. Return or Replacement Due to Our Fault

If the return or replacement is approved due to an error from our end (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product):

  • The product must be shipped back via India Post.
  • The courier charges paid at India Post will be refunded to the customer.
  • Customers must share the India Post courier slip clearly mentioning the paid charges with us for verification.

2. Return or Replacement Due to Customer’s End

If the return or replacement request is raised due to reasons from the customer’s end (such as change of mind, incorrect order placed, or preference issues):

  • All courier charges will be borne by the customer.
  • No shipping or courier charges will be reimbursed.

3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders After Shipping

If a customer cancels a prepaid order after it has been shipped (order is in transit but not yet delivered):

  • The courier charges will be deducted from the total order amount.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded after the shipment is returned to us.

Processing Time

Please allow 10–15 days for the complete process (return shipment, inspection, and refund/replacement), depending on the customer’s location.

We request customers to keep patience, as timelines may vary due to logistics.

Return Address

The return address depends on the original warehouse from which your order was shipped. Once your return or replacement request is approved, the correct return warehouse address will be shared with you via WhatsApp or Email during the return process.

⚠️ Do not ship the product back without receiving the return address from our team, as sending it to an incorrect warehouse may result in delays or rejection of the request.
